Service Agreement

By using Watch Repair Las Vegas services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before bringing your timepiece for service.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge
• Final pricing may vary based on additional issues discovered during service
• We will contact you for approval before performing any work beyond the original estimate
• Minimum service charge applies to all repairs

Service Timeline

• Estimated completion times are approximate and not guaranteed
• Complex repairs or parts availability may extend service time
• Rush service is available for an additional fee
• We will keep you informed of any delays

Warranty

Service Warranty

• One-year warranty on all repairs and replacement parts
• Warranty covers defects in our workmanship and parts
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear
• Water damage voids warranty if water resistance was not specifically tested

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage from impacts, drops, or magnetic fields
• Issues unrelated to the original repair
• Cosmetic wear on cases, crystals, or bracelets
• Battery replacement service (90-day warranty only)

Liability and Risk

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the current fair market value of your timepiece, not to exceed $5,000 unless additional coverage is purchased.

Customer Responsibility

• Accurately describe all known issues with your timepiece
• Disclose any previous repairs or modifications
• Remove personal items before service
• Provide proper identification for pickup

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Outstanding balances accrue interest after 30 days
• Timepieces may be held until full payment is received

Unclaimed Property

Timepieces not claimed within 90 days of completion notice may be considered abandoned property. After 120 days, we reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed items to recover storage and service costs.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under Nevada state law. Both parties waive the right to jury trial and class action suits.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to all services performed after the effective date.
